Behind Supersolo there is Tristan Auber, 35y old, a norman guy who went to Paris several years ago to make his dream come true : show his music. Skilled guitarist with a recognizable voice in the vein of Asaf Avidan or Ezra Furman. It's like a great amateur of 60's / 70's rock that he refine his project. Stones riffs, delicateness of Bowie not denying the wild energy of Led Zeppelin. Songs built like tales where are mixed sweetness, strenght, reveries, harshness. His fluctuations in the rythms and atmospheres don't leave you indifferent and attract you. Why Supersolo ? To point the finger at our egos always more solitary and outsized. His music is a contrario made like the original sharing, the blues and gospel jam sessin (Mrs Nursery), an invitation to dance (Single On The Way or One Man's World), all of this with vocal cords sewn at heart (Only Humans). Supersolo, counter-current to the social networks full of lonelyness, is a music that makes you want to drink a beer with friends in front of a stage. Rock, ain't it ?
