Sam Hurst found the passion for music ever since his father taught him his first three chords at the age of five. Sam began to write his own original songs at the age of 12 and gained a following from performing at open mic nights and playing at local festivals. He was the frontman of many bands since the age of 13, playing many gigs in local pubs and performing at big festivals in Sturminster Newton and Salisbury. Sam studied Music Performance at Wiltshire College from 2015 - 2017 and then went on to study Creative Artistry at The Academy of Contemporary Music and graduated with a 1st Class Honours Degree in 2019. Sam's styles have varied through the years but would describe himself as R&B/Hip-Hop associating with artists such as Bryson Tiller and 6LACK, however, he also has a large range of Neo-Jazz influences from artists such as Tom Misch and FKJ.
