Singer, pianist and producer, Imelda Gabs explores the limits of Pop music. With her Jazz and Soul roots, her music is a rich and colourful mix of genres to which she always adds her own touch. She's been performing since she was 14 including the Palais des Beaux-Arts in Brussels and many other venues all around Europe, not to mention the Montreux Jazz Festival's Auditorium Stravinski joining Lianne La Havas' and The Roots' line-up in 2017. Throughout her career she had the opportunity to perform with many well-known international artists, including Rhoda Scott, Marcus Miller, Vic Jewel Pitts, and of course her late father Doctor Gabs. Now considered as one of the most promising Swiss artists and music producers, she is preparing the release of her first solo single and an EP will see the day in 2021.
